Masshole Custom Wiring, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") owns and operates massholecustomwiring.com and other sites linking to these Terms of Use (individually, the "Site", and collectively, the "Sites"). Through the Sites, Masshole Custom Wiring, LLC provides various offerings, information, and resources related to the products and services available on our Sites (each a "Service" and collectively, the "Services"). References to the Sites include the Services.

Masshole Custom Wiring, LLC may change, suspend, modify, or discontinue all or any part of the Sites in its sole discretion with or without notice. Masshole Custom Wiring, LLC is not liable if all or any part of a Site is, for any reason, unavailable at any time or for any period. Masshole Custom Wiring, LLC reserves the right to block or deny access to any of the Sites to anyone at any time for any reason. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MASSHOLE CUSTOM WIRING, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITES OR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MASSHOLE CUSTOM WIRING, LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Masshole Custom Wiring, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Sites, violation of these Terms of Use, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Sites at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use.

Upon termination, your right to use the Sites will immediately cease.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
